Hello all,

I noticed this person named reversemerger claims to own 1.8 miilion shares. If I am not mistaken that is well above the 5% rule for reporting the holdings to the SEC (I think on form 13D). I might be mistaken on the form #. I haven't seen any filings like this on this stock. Maybe the rule doesn't apply to sub pennies but I believe it does. I think this guy is full of it. Just my 2 cents. GLTA
