It doesn't matter. This guy could be the most talented guy on earth but sooner or later he wont stick around Imperia long if he is smart because:

1) Ken has a history of stiffing people including employees

2) Ken will want his wife the lead of any potential projects and therefor Ken will want control over them and Ken has the unmidas touch..

3) This guy is listed as the CEO which means when the crap hits the fan with the SEC this guy's nuts will be in the oven.. sooner or later he will figure this out...

4) If this guy is a good enough producer to get movies made on his own, he will eventually realize that Ken's reputation and ways will only drag him down. This guy's intelligence can be measured by how fast he realizes this..

OH, and as faster said, the stock heads one direction.. SOUTH.. and dividends and other promised things are never delivered.. But if you have some money burning a hole in your pocket and you would like to donate it to Ken.. then please buy into the stock and watch it magically disappear..
