joekob, I called Cynthia (IR) yesterday...

She told me that PCBME had officially cleared comments with the SEC. She said there was one more item that had to be dealt with. She did not tell me what that item was, but I believe it was their latest filing. She said the meeting with NASD had nothing to do with the "E" coming off. She also told me yesterday that the E"" would be off within 48 to 72 hours. Because it did not happen today, I can only surmise it will be either Monday or Tuesday, provided she knew what she was talking about.
