You cant!!!!!Thats what my question was...all 3 labels said they dont have contracts but to the best of my knowledge EMI clearly does have a contract so how come QTRAX doesnt open Emi's songs and allow us to download???? that would show at least that thier is progress....dont you agree?

I heard from a semi- reliable source....

1)that they are still fighting about the revenu breakdown, Qtrax only wants to pay x per ad revenue and the labels want Y per song.

2) That EMI and one other major label (i think sony) have signed (in addition to a bunch of small ones) they are just trying to work out the specifics with one more before they go public. (my understanding is that the 2nd company will only allow thier contract if the 3rd comes aboard) I beilieve Universal is pretty much not working out....which will leave the total songs available probably out about 15 Million. I think that is pretty good!!! (Universal will then be forced to go along)

Again this is just my stomach talking and doesnt mean that my SEMI reliable source is correct or even knows what he is talking about...
the bottom line doesnt change...If something doesnt happen quick we will all loose big


(since im a new member i can only write 3 posts so only have 1 left....that means i gotta choose wisely, something I hope i did by bying BLLN a while ago, or did i not choose wisely... ALLEN K show me the $$$$ then i will know if I chose wisely)



BTW why was TREOTREO banned? just curious?
