According to PVD the Integrity is still a paper airplane. The Integrity can not be manufactured in the U.S. with out FAA oversight, which starts with approval and Type Certification of the design, and it will not be for a 20 seat single engine airplane. After the airplane is made it cannot be exported with out an Export Certificate of Airworthiness which is issued by the FAA after it is established that the airplane was made to the FAA Type Design Certification.
