I don’t lay claim to having any schooling in the legal department here, but I think I have a good idea on the difference between a judgment and a lien. In this case I am pretty sure that the company would still have the ability to file a motion against the previous case. Even if it is too late to file such a motion, the case still remains that this is a new company and that a judge would have to reconsider any judgments that were previously placed. All shareholders must understand that this is NOT a federal case.

Either way, I agree with the post here in the fact that there are no outstanding liens being held against the assets of the company. To my knowledge any liens that would be held, could only be held against specific assets and not against those of the current officer or even the company as a whole.
