It's gotta be Vowler, dumping these stocks. He put in a basic sell order for over 8 million shares. I see it's been in the 200,000 range,in shares give or take, at a time per trade.And @ .004, he's raking in $8000.00 per lot. Fidler might just be doing all the buying, until his partnership contract is fulfilled.????
