I don't think this is about NNRI at all. It's about control over ATOLL. Destroy NNRI, force a new financing at rediculous levels to dilute the current shareholders out of the picture, (remember, its the Russian Mafia we're talking about) and walk away with control of the company, and at least 50% control of ATOLL.
