Jon Why are Donald Weisberg and yourself selling so much stock lately. This is not good for the stockholders as well has authorizing common stock from 1000,000,000 to 5000,000,000. Making me think twice about investing into ZKID.

The stock authorization was in September to enable us to do what is necesary to grow the business. I sold less than 2% of my holdings which is not a large %. Also there has never been an amount sold in any day that the market couldn"t easily digest. I am and remain by far the single largest shareholder in this Company and will continue to do everything in my power to maximize my investment. This however will not preclude future sales but it is done within the market flow as to not hurt the Company. In a "forward looking statement" we have never, ever been a better, stronger Company than we are today and the market will "find us" and the price will then be represented approprietly.
I do not speak for Donald Weisberg nor sit here and defend his position as I have with my far more greater position.... Regards...Jon
