has it ever occurred to you that some problems are better solved simply by settling a dispute via allowing whoever issued bogus certs to pay for them?


it's called civil settlement. and it should be accounted for, but this was a pink sheet when that happened. the reporting rules are set to much lower standard in pinkies than they are on OTCBB....

i rarely play pinks hence i'm not in the habit of DD'ing them. nor do i trust most of the DD i find on them.

i played this one for very specific reasons. knowing it was a crap shoot.

i just want it to play thru. when it does? we'll see who was right and who was wrong.
