Of course not...there are lots of EXEMPTIONs to REG SHO....including OPTIONS MM shorting. The SEC even is doing a REVIEW right now of people and broler dealers and hedge funds that create MANIPULATIVE options DERIVATIVEs....on the books, and then use the OPTION MM EXEMTION in REG SHO to NAKED SHORT the underlying stock.

Nice level playing field, heh?
