I makes no sense to use a different domain name unless is not intended for production (public).

Interestingly if you just go to www.spooz.net it is merely under construction but http://www.spooz.net/SPOOZTOOLZ%20PRO.htm works.

Thanks for the link...did you find it on the main site or did someone send it to you? I am doubting a lucky guess because the "%20" in the URL = a space.
