You know my friend G......$60mln is alot of money to be thrown on a NON-COMPETITIVE BASIS. Was it competitive? Sometimes, bribes can be handed down to people in NON-COMPETITIVE BIDs, and the MAFIA knows it. MAFIA always, wins.....in the PINKs, right?
