How many of the 53 million shares is restricted and what is the Float shares.

FLOAT = SHARES IN THE PUBLIC OR AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC.

You see samgj, the reason for a high restricted share count is
to prevent a hostile takeover.

The shares available to the market are FLOAT shares.

Therefore you may know the in's and out's on the
Chicago options market but that won't make you a dollar
here because BWNR is not available for Puts or Calls.

If you like the PUTS, and are looking for PUTS on BWNR,
maybe you are the one short sellin here Tex?
