What I was alluding to when questioning the possibility of Advanced Content Services buying the wrong shell was that no company would purposely put themselves in the position of going public with a shell with pending litigations. Perhaps they did not do their research or were duped into the current loop that this shell has been in.

Rather than sitting back bad mouthing a NEW company, wouldn’t time be better served approaching the NEW management regarding a settlement for the shell’s past litigations?

Remember that your badgering of this company on this board is not only going to hurt the new management but also those still holding shares of the previous IMIN and people who have already purchased shares since it has become ADCS.
