GoldSpring, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GSPG) announced today that it has accepted an invitation to address a group of investors on Thursday, February 7th at 2:00pm in San Francisco. The Company intends to discuss its progress and its Phase 1 drill results. The Company is currently completing its Phase 2 drill program. Based on in-house assays, the preliminary results of the Phase 2 drilling continue to look encouraging. The Phase 2 drill samples have been forwarded to American Assay of Reno, an independent lab, for third-party analysis. GoldSpring, in accordance with SEC Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure, will be filing an 8-K in connection with the disclosure of information, in the form of the textual information from a PowerPoint presentation to be given at this meetings. The Company intends to file this 8-K on February 7, 2008.

GoldSpring, Inc. is a North American precious metals mining company with an operating gold and silver mine in northern Nevada. The Company was formed in mid-2003 and acquired the Plum Mine property located in the Comstock Lode District in November 2003. In the Company's relatively short history, it secured permits, built an infrastructure and brought the Comstock Lode project into production.
