Hey skelton, i know exactly what you are talking about and have spoken with the company at length about this. Me and others were all over these newly nonrestricted shares a month or so back so i called the company and gave them an earfull.

What i got back, and just my impression of the convo, was that the company understands COMPLETELY the situation with the restricted shareholders becoming free shares and that Mr. Chamberlein is doing anything and everything possible to line up "accredited investors" to buy these shares off these individuals.

You can be sure i gave them an ear full and, like yourself, wanted to hear that they were actually very concerned about this. I got this and the fact that they are all over this situation, mapping out all the restricted shareholders, when they are coming due and if they are wishing to sell.

In addition to that, it seems individuals inside DDI are in contact with these former directors holding shares and the PP guys and are seeing if they are wanting to sell anytime soon. My impression is that 90% of those PP shares are held by "very close friends of Ron Smith" who have been behind this company, not just since it became public but years and years back. I get the impression only about 1M of those shares may be looking to sell, but Mr. Chamberlein is lining up buyers if they do so wish to sell.

This is all like a month or two old, so some things could of changed or updated and this is all just the impression i got via conversations.

Yes the restricted shareholder issue is an overhang, but i was pleased to hear the fact that the company is all over this issue and doing everything possible to limit or reduce the selling of the shares on the pulic market.
