** UHCR - we now have our divy, but if you sell starting from today until divy is paid, you give up your dividend.

So the sellers from today until Feb.29 get nothing. No divi.

However, if folks buy from today until Feb.29, they can still get the divi, they'll just have to wait a few days longer. :)
