anytime, it was one of those plays that had just a little more going for it beyond a chart saying it should move upwards. Fundamentals look solid and the press on it is positive, nice well rounded package IMO


A tornado is like a stock, it takes just the right conditions to form a huge one but once it forms, nothing can stop it!
