Beverage Network of Maryland Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement With Rudy Brands, Inc. to Distribute Rudy Revolution in the Baltimore-Washington, DC Market

Global Beverage Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: GBVS) ("Global Beverage") announced today that their wholly owned subsidiary Beverage Network of Maryland has signed an exclusive distribution agreement to distribute Rudy Revolution in the Baltimore-Washington, DC market. Rudy Revolution(TM) was recently sold by Global Beverage to Rudy Partners, Ltd. along with Rudy! Rudy! Flying Colors(TM). Both brands are formulated with the natural sweetener Xylitol.

The distribution agreement grants Beverage Network of Maryland exclusive distribution rights for the entire state of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the following Northern Virginia counties: Arlington, Fairfax, Loudon, Stafford and Prince William.

All three distributors will initially focus on positioning Rudy Revolution in the many independent/bodega accounts."
