I wonder if the companies lawyer is good in criminal law.The CEO stated durning our conversation he could have his lawyer contact someone that post on IHUB board.If that is not the pot calling the kettle black.Telling me everything under the sun regarding insider information.Now that just shows how stupid a person can be.He will use the law to protect himself but can break it without any problems to himself.Its seems he is going down a one way street but it is really two ways.
