What ifs are good questions.

Unfortunately SQUM has not been clear as to what's happening and so anything is possible.

What is it now, three financial crises in a year and a half?

Why gamble when there are more solid investments around.

It's better to see what happens. If all turns out well and SQ is profiatble one can always get back in under .20 with no risk and ride it up.
