In case you didn't notice, techno-hammer was dead-wrong (again) about his statements on KY funding, both from KFA and the state itself...before the end of the year, 2007, then Yonts supposedly told people via the "telephone game" before the end of Jan......now, according to the article posted by 5years, the KY bonds haven't even been sold, the state has put many other projects on hold as well, and Mr Yonts said they need a design to be produced first.....after all this time, years after Toms River, still no design???.....also, I think the state of KY is having some fiscal problems....

but its no skin off Mr Yonts back, he can always blame FFI for not having a design.....win win for him, he "PUSHED" and "URGED", it wont be his fault if FFI doesn't come through.....wonder who he will point his finger at when FFI doesn't deliver an economically viable plant (which also seems a challenge for much better funded ad experienced Cos)......really, FFI is STILL in default on their Nevada registration fees.....very tight ship they're running there:

PS: I already said, if all shares actually get tendered into cash (not just TO filing, but the actual tendering event) I will leave this board......
