jismaros, i don't know what that auditor said, but according to the sb2 file the specifics stated on the october filing was 89million shares with price at current is .o9 to get approximately7 million dollars. this is the specific numbers stated. however the share numbers will fluctuate as to the share price. in the legal filing the number 89million shres and 7milliondolars was stated and the words share price fluctuate was stated
