I suggest you go back and read Amendment 1 of the manufacturing agreement. Jasper gets paid quite handsomely( $100 an hour) for all manufacturing and sales services requested by Integral and performed by them during the initial sales period.

The Initial Sales period has no time limitations. It exists until $75,000 worth of Electriplast is sold @ $30 per pound. They get a portion of that $30 as well to cover actual manufacturing costs and royalties.

It`s been 6 months now and no word on the status of the Initial Sales period. The 10Q due out next week may shed some light on where they stood when 2007 ended.

Yes, Jasper is in the business to make money, and they will whether or not they ever sell a dimes worth of Electriplast.
