Today's PR indicate a big shakeup in FMNJ management and is continuation of process started with putting Petty on steering wheel couple of months back. I am sure these steps are being taken as a precondition to financing agreement. You must be remembering that Rothschild went to Bolivia with the declared purpose of meeting the officials of the company in person and get to know each of them. This was an indication that they are ready to finance but first want to see all the players of the company.

I believe these steps are in right direction.

As for as you question about 320tons of ore they have accumulated so far. I should say it is a substantial quantity depending upon the per hour processing capacity of the plant they are planing to use.
