Well no to my knowledge GTEC is not made of resin.

However if you mean to ask if GTEC is an ‘accelerated filer?’. Ha, ha,

My best guess by this standard below, no, it's not. Float is about 94 million and current value is about 1/3rd of that or less, 30 million-ish. unless there's another standard to deturime qualification. Or if because it's been reporting for several years qualifies it?

The term “accelerated filer,” , was defined by Rule 12b-2 to include companies that:

* have an aggregate market value of voting and nonvoting common equity held by nonaffiliates (a “public float”) of at least $75 million as of the end of their most recently completed second quarter;

* have been subject to the SEC’s periodic reporting requirements for at least twelve months and have filed one annual report; and

* are not eligible to use the SEC’s small business reporting form.
