BGGR will not begin trading on Feb.18th, Read the PR the shares will be in our accounts probably with our number of shares with a status of n/a until this registration is complete.

From PR:
"These shares are expected to begin trading upon the effectiveness of a registration statement that BGGR expects to file, as expeditiously as possible, for their resale."

"BGGR is the successor of a fully reporting company that will file all required compliance statements during the first quarter of 2008."

I interpret this to mean by end of March...

Not bashing just stating the facts..I'm still holding
