Agreed, a concerted effort would be nice, yet some still want to wait it out. I guess if we got even one BKMP PR saying you know what, things are looking up, that would suffice to calm some very frustrated people. I still think if it comes to litigation we have a fighting chance, Im not a lawyer....JMO
