1. The company remains in default in my lawsuit in the District of Nevada. I have a pending motion to stop the issuance of shares in this stock.

2. A judgment was entered in Pennsylvania for over $75,000 for stock fraud against this company.

3. Post r/s, there weren't even a million shares available, but today over a million shares traded. Maybe the company would like to explain that.
