YES. I would/will buy in the 4's. I think a lot of NEW investors would throw big $$ at ISBL if that happens, and it would blow the ask past 0.009 or higher on volumn. After the promised news concerning ISBL shareholders(reverse splits?)is made known, then ISBL will either fly or retrace to lower levels. Again, I am looking at the year chart, and a pattern of ups and downs seems to be the same.
