Didn't last long, because someone "painted" it within the last few minutes, toward the end of the trading day. ISBL will drop again to realistic levels, and I, and others will buy in. Looking at 0.004-0.004.5 range. ISBL will eventually go higher, but not as soon as some expect. MY opinion,best of luck to all here.
