3. Financial statement to proove production

Time will tell, but 43-101 already showed that Krong could create a lot of revenues.

BTW it's not unusual that former waste becomes recyclable and valuable resource, it's only a question of price. Natural resources have become so expensive that metal is actually stolen everywhere here in Germany, so it realy makes sense to look for alternative raw material like technologic tailings.
