OppenheimerFunds Depletes Crocs Stake

OppenheimerFunds Inc. Cuts Stake in Crocs Inc. to Less Than 1 Percent From 8.8 Percent
NEW YORK (AP) -- OppenheimerFunds Inc. has slashed its stake in colorful plastic shoe maker Crocs Inc. to less than 1 percent, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.
The fund manager owns 144,601 shares, or a 0.2 percent stake in the Niwot, Colo., company.
Previously, OppenheimerFunds reported owning 3.4 million shares, or an 8.8 percent stake.
Crocs shares fell $1.31, or 3.7 percent, to $34.46 in morning trading. Shares have traded between $21.67 and $75.21 in the past 12 months.
