The short interest you are refering to is different from what Cornell Capital did last year, they were issued restricted shares and did whats called "Shorting against the box" and is not reported in the info you got from OTCBB.com, I have all the Time & Sales prints from last year, when I have time this week I will dig them out and post them, (I believe they are on a archived hardrive), they were printing their shorts after the bell at approx. 45-50% of the daily volume. There is no sign in the Time & Sales since that shows they covered yet.
