A couple places to check that have a wealth of information and may help you out

Of course Stockcharts.com has a wealth of information in their chart school area

Technical Analysts board, lots of good stuff in the iBox and it is in plain english and easy to understand

This is my short answer for places to start. I'm a bit pressed on time this morning so when I get a chance I will dig some more as I've been wanting to compile a good list for the iBox here but just haven't gotten to it yet. I'm also sure I have more places saved in a couple different places, I just have so much saved it will take me some time to find it.
