After reading your post of the 20 million shares being sold over two years leaves me to wonder what the Red Chip Conference is all about. Is your goal at the conference to get the word out about the Dominion, attract new shareholders, or look for interested private investors?
Like Poppo, and I'm sure other investors I would like to see Imaging3 on the Nasdaq in the near future but I'm afraid that this dilution will hurt our chance of success of doing it without a reverse split. I know what you said about Google. 300 million shares and has traded 600-700, but really Google can't be compared to Imaging3. We're a small company that has one product, and I don't really see the potential of our market cap exceeding 600 million.
