Dear Board:

I have posted some limited commentary on RB. The hearing started 15 minutes late and ran until 1pm for a lunch break. 99% was RA testimony first by Tiff than SEC. I had to leave at the lunch break, and it was to resume at 2pm. However, Lynch had a 3pm, so there was only going to be another hour.

Bottom line, this is going to go on for a long time.
