PLEASE DO NOT SHAFT THE SHAREHOLDERS LIKE THIS:

Shareholders get dividends in there accounts with stock symbol (BGGR) showing value of the shares as n/a for months and months on end until BGGR completes the registration and then keep pimping us with PR's stating it is currently in progress. I have seen this done many,many times. I have bullshit phantom dividends in account now that were never paid to this day. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS TO US!!!
Do everything at once put the shares in the accounts with value when it is official.
