(“YesTel”) through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Times Telecom (USA) Inc (“Times USA”). Times USA has agreed to acquire substantially all assets of YesTel for a total of US$2.15 million – down from the initial asking price of US$2.8 million, which is expected to increase KeyWest’s revenue by US$500,000 a month.
