I sure am glad I called him!! And where are these shares that are falling coming from?? I'd say the MM's are shaking trying to get them! For a CEO to talk with his attorneys and address an issue like this is HUGE, if not proof that he is on his shareholders side! Since he addressed this major question with a great response, then I look forward to his other PR's coming out this week. I see no reason to doubt this man; never have I seen a CEO act so fast and be so forthright except for 1 other time. Am I pumpimg this stock? Don't think so. All I have done is raise issues on important and in my opinion lacking Due Diligence. Well it's been answered and in writing, not by some bs like me having inside info or some crap. I have no info, except that a CEO responded to concerns to shareholders who also has a clean bill of health. I don't post that much because I just don't bs.

I see 1 sale at .085 with bids at .086. MM's appear to want some shares, period.
