First and foremost, everyone here knows that those documents list Sandy Winick as director and President of Blackout Media. The part that you didn't disclose is that the documents you are referrencing were filed in 2004.

Show me a recent filing with Sandy still listed as director and President and then you have my attention!

Me thinks SW and MG sold and ran and left nothing for the shareholders???? Not too far fetched given SW's history.....IMO
