Let's see, besides calling them fraudsters you and your super heroes claim that the Manhattan D.A. is on to them as well as: the FBI, DOJ, SEC, Finra, IRS, Dept. for Homeland Security, Texas Board of Securities, NASD, AG of New York, BBB, NFIC, Interpol and Barney Fife.

Certainly, we should hear some real news and not opinion and innuendo of them being charged and convicted soon since all of those regulatory agencies have been on this "case" for some time now?
