zguy I respect your posts more than anyone else on this board.
But we have not seen DD on this land hemi owns. We have a press release which says we own some. We dont know how much, where, what it cost or even if it has any value.
Not every piece of land in the FW area has substantial value.
I believe KAA is smart enough to only spend money on something worthwhile so I believe there is something there.
But to talk about the price of certain pieces of land and their value, to describe wells from an airplane window seat, to cite other company's prs as DD is not DD as far as I know.
Again I respect your opinions above everyone else's, but I do not see any real verification of what was pr-ed. It is vague, speculative and uncomfirmable at this point.
With as much money as I have in Hemi I hope it is all some have enthusiastically said it is. But, at this point, it is just words in a pr followed by speculation.
