You have an excellant point indepth! I never thought of it in this way, & this would explain the company's silence till the OSC "witch-hunt" is over. Maybe they are thinking of the Ontario shareholders!

Being in Ontario, I would "be fit to be tied" if SLJB released some kind of PR, which caused the share price to rise sustancially & I wasn't allowed to buy more because of the halt here in Ontario.

Certainly is something to think about, although I can't see no harm in PR'ing an explanation if this is the case here.
