15.4 million shares outstanding with 857,000 share purchase warrants so its got about 16.2 million fully diluted. They have $1 million from a recent financing.

They control 68% of Columbia River Resources (remember them from when I was researching Moydow). Columbia controls a 108 sk km extension of the Sefwi gold belt where Newmont recently bought out Moydow.

They also have a couple of other properties in Ghana, Twedee and Moseaso.

I wish I had seen this one a couple of days ago but I won't chase it now!
