I had a negative experience the other day on FTP. Perhaps some of you have seen the same.

FTP servers went down and I sat there and watch the game continue taking my chips in the form of blinds but the software would not let me back in the game. The blinds went fast too, as I was playing a 2-man sit & go.

I respectfully emailed support, more than once, and they won't even respond (they always respond to me concerning other issues). It's tough enough to keep from losing money playing poker, but when I lose my money that way then it's time to move on.

P.S. The least FTP could have done was contact me and tell me there is nothing they can do when the servers go down. But not a word from FTP.
