Jan 18th pr stated we purchased Central Park North Worldwide Events..Jan 28th pr stated we purchased American Energy Savers.Additional acquisitions if they occur can only increase the value of our new company.These and further buys may have come from assets of RGNO.Projections are just that, if we pull out 7 to 10 million and it increases potential,increases pps,it should send us toward otcbb down the road.Ten years ago I was involved as direct investor in oil well that came up dry....Until we learn about both assets and liabilities of old RGNO, which should happen next week I'm waiting and hoping for best.
