I would hold out for the settlement on the class action suit against GH and JV! There are some big $$ players behind this that'll make sure those guys are a) broke, or b) behind bars; after all is said and done! i'm not one of them, but I'm guessing they are out there.

Just kidding, I wish I knew what I could tell you... Unfortunately there are lots of ppl in the same boat as you, and it sort of is what it is...
