Sao Tome tried to nullify our agreements twice - one was and is the arbitral award. They did succeed in getting ERHC to renegotiate our rights even under the arbitral award. They won't hesitatae to try again if it is perceived to be in their best interests. Petrobras, like Exxon, will be prodding them from behind. The similarities are remarkable. All we can do it tie it up in court - costs and delays while we fight with a Petrobras-backed Sao Tome government. This time we can't even rely on our own government to help as they seem to be intent on killing us as well. Once more into the breach, dear friends?
